Information we may process

Depending on how the service is used, AcademyCrew may process access identifiers, verified adult email addresses, account aliases, academic activity, attempts, results, communications, contracts, consents, invoices and operational events.

Purposes

We use information to provide and protect the service, manage access, maintain progress, deliver communications, manage contracts and documents, respond to requests and comply with applicable obligations.

Free access and retention

A free access period does not create a payment obligation. When an access period ends, the account may remain inactive and recoverable for up to 24 months under the applicable contract. After that period, data and academic progress will be deleted or anonymised unless a legal retention duty applies.

Minors and responsible adults

When an account is created for a minor or another person requiring representation, the verified adult acts as the contractual holder or responsible person under the declarations and evidence collected during sign-up.
